Yes. If enrollment is full, families may request to be added to our waitlist. Waitlist families are contacted as soon as a space becomes available.

Required documents include a government-issued photo ID for the enrolling parent or guardian, your child's birth certificate, custody or court order documentation if applicable, Florida Student Health Examination Form DH 3040 (required within 30 days of enrollment), current immunization records or approved exemption, and all completed Tiny Roots enrollment forms. A full enrollment document checklist will be provided at your tour.

Yes. A non-refundable enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment to secure your child's space. Founding Families enrolling during our inaugural 2026 program year have this fee waived as our heartfelt thank you for believing in our vision from the very beginning.

At Tiny Roots, we welcome all children with open arms and genuine hearts. Acceptance is determined on an individual basis. We review all documentation, including IEPs, 504 plans, and private educational evaluations, to ensure we are able to fully support each child's needs within our program.

Tiny Roots is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Before care (7:30–8:00 AM) and after care (4:00–4:30 PM) are included in tuition. To support a smooth morning transition, families are encouraged to arrive by 8:00 AM. If arriving later, we kindly ask for advanced notice whenever possible.

Yes. All Tiny Roots staff are required to complete a Level 2 Background Check and fingerprinting before working with children, in full compliance with Florida DCF requirements.

Tuition and fee information is shared during your family tour.

All tuition and fees are processed securely through Lillio. Our preferred payment method is Bank Transfer (ACH), which carries the lowest processing fee. Credit, debit, and American Express are also accepted. Processing fees for these methods are the responsibility of the family and are automatically applied through Lillio.

Tuition is billed weekly and due every Monday through Lillio autopay. This weekly structure is our payment plan, keeping amounts manageable and consistent for families throughout the year.

We are always happy to talk. Reach out, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
