When we first left our eldest son at daycare, our hearts ached. He was sad, and we felt powerless. As parents, we had always been intentional—providing organic meals, creating a low-toxicity home, and surrounding him with toys and materials that nurtured curiosity and resilience. Yet in that moment, we realized how little control we had over the environment shaping his days.

That experience sparked a deeper question: What if there were a place that reflected the same values we held at home? A space where children could feel safe, inspired, and empowered—where every detail supported their well-being and growth.

At Tiny Roots Christian Academy, we provide children with the building blocks they need to thrive — emotionally, spiritually, and developmentally. We recognize early childhood as a vital time for shaping self-esteem, fostering a lifelong love of learning, and laying a Christ-led foundation.

Our team is dedicated to creating learning experiences that nurture both the mind and the soul. We meet children where they are capturing meaningful learning moments whether they’re mastering everyday life skills like tying their shoes or engaging in academic exploration. Every day is an opportunity to nourish growing minds, support independence, and celebrate the beautifully unique journey of each child.

Through a carefully crafted curriculum, structured routines, a faith-filled environment, and the freedom to roam, learn, and explore, children at Tiny Roots Christian Academy grow with confidence every day. Our program is designed to gently nurture the whole child: heart, mind, body, and spirit. Our gentle bilingual exposure, farm-to-table whole food meals, and focus on practical life skills create a space where faith and independence grow side by side. 

We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-informed practices (a science that helps children learn) to support meaningful growth in communication, social connection, and confidence. Through positive reinforcement and intentional, loving guidance, we help every child learn in a way that feels natural, fun, and empowering.

We see every child as a wonderfully made creation — deserving of care, trust, and the freedom to grow at their own pace. Our goal is to welcome each child with a warm embrace and create a learning environment that feels safe, fun, and full of joy — a place they look forward to being every day. 

At Tiny Roots, we believe learning should feel as natural and exciting as a child’s favorite play activity. That’s why our curriculum is movement-rich, hands-on, and designed to spark curiosity and connection. Our teachers are more than caregivers — they’re joyful partners in learning. Each child is greeted by name, known personally, and guided with energy, love, and intention. We want every child to feel seen, celebrated, and rooted in a space where they are free to be themselves.

Our hope is that as children grow into adulthood, they’ll look back on their time at Tiny Roots Christian Academy with warmth and wonder — remembering a place where learning was fun, friendships were real, and their roots were lovingly planted.
